Oh it just keeps piling on. I was glad to have recovered from my missed-my-lunch-gotta-eat-in-the-car-McDonalds-drive-thru disaster. I kept it sensible the rest of the day and did an extra workout to makeup. I don't expect that to be the way to lose, but it was a good way to recover.
At home, the hits just keep on coming. But at least we're all being honest with each other...for once...for now.
