my hubby took me last month to Olive Garden for my birthday. I gave myself permission to eat what ever I wanted, and just started back on my weight loss regimen the next day! It's ok to have a day here and there Dee that you can eat what you want. I feel it prevents bingeing and over eating!! Think about what ingredients are in each dish, and make good choices, Don't worry about the calories. You just enjoy yourself, don't eat until your stomach hurts, and ask your server to bring half of your order to you in a take home box!! Make sure you tell them that when they take your order!!! That way you have some to take home and enjoy another day!!
