昨天一整天吃太多了😣,尤其晚上還吃麥當勞,炸雞啃了3隻+漢堡2/3個+麥克雞塊3個+薯條+1/3杯珍珠奶茶…………
今天早上很認真排2天份大便(昨天排不出來)。
(今天體脂28.6%)
