Today- started w/drinking Tea and water. I feel no hunger. I feel good. Sleep- woke up early and had to urinate more. For lunch: tiapia, cucumbers. Snack: apple
Dinner: chicken, tomatoes, tea.

I am finding that I get full quickly.
113.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.8 kg a Week
