hello semua nya, alhamdllah saya udah trun hmpir 12kg Dr 76 skrang udah 64.7.. emng dah kelihatan hasilnya Badan dah agak langsing cuma perut msih agak kendor. Apa karna dah punya anak jadi nggak bsa kenceng kyak msih gadis dlu ya..😥😥😥😂😂😂
64.7 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
