Well, at the fitness center at work, I weighted in at 261.0 fully dressed. It was mid day as well. So,I'm hoping the clothes, gym shoes and the water I'd been drinking were the cause of that number. I know I've been lacked about tracking food and doing any exercises. I fall back to the same reasons not to stay on course. Valid or not, starting on Sunday, I'm back on the wagon.
