Need to get a grip here and sort out my creeping weight! Have followed SW for years on and off but doesnt suit me anymore so thought i would try calorie counting 👍
74.5 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
