9st 9 (1 on at WW) Ok, excuses: I've had to take medication one of the side effects of which is increased appetite, I've been feeling low, and I caught a sore throat so have felt sorry for myself. And the truth? I've eaten too much...or since sore throat the wrong things...and not been exercising. I've not been tracking, either on here or my points app, and that has certainly had a negative effect. To my dismay I seem to have remained unable to rein myself in, but here is a new week, a new start...
61.2 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
