Performing a test. Removing my "breakfast" eggs sandwich. My 20 pound loss plateau needs a new jumpstart to get back on the weight LOSS train. Also, so far I've noticed a "Clearer" mind with said removal. The morning "Cloudiness" typically experienced seems to be going with it. A double-bonus it would seem.
