I finally broke out of 220! I know it's just a smidge below, but I had been staring at that 220 (or 220.5) for the past 6 days! It's feels good...it feels great!
I know that's it's due to the fact that all I did yesterday was housework and play Wii. I checked my Wii this morning and I had played Wii Fit for 40 minutes, We Cheer for a hour and a half, My Fitness Trainer for 30 minutes and Wii Sports for 40 minutes. No wonder my arms are aching this morning!
The trick will be to have the weight keep coming off. I'm going out with a friend of mine that I haven't seen since before Christmas tonight. Hopefully I can do as well as I did when I went out with my sisters and not do too much damage...weight-wise...
