Maintaining. At least there is no gain, now that I've done something to battle the water-weight(God bless Pamprin, for so many reasons). I'm still frustrated with not actually losing, especially since I know I have been in ketosis for several days. How can I not be shedding pounds?!? I'm fervently hoping for the dramatic 3-4 lb. drop in a couple of days. All I can do is eat as well as possible and get my butt moving, and look forward to FINALLY breaking into the 160's.
