12:00 nasi putih 100 gr + ayam 100gr
16:00 pepaya 200 gr
18:00 nasi putih 90 gr + ayam 100gr
138.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
