09:00 putih telur 2 butir + roti tawar
12:00 nasi putih 100 gr + ayam 100gr + tumis kangkung
16:00 pepaya 200 gr
18:00 nasi putih 90 gr + ayam 100gr + tumis kangkung
141.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 41.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
