oh my goodness i was nervous going into this weigh in, ate steak tacos and went out to eat, had cereal a few times too! hoping if i get back on track it will show next time around glad to see i still lose a pound, curious if new exercise regimen will make a difference, trying to focus on more well rounded approach, more running biking and group x classes versus so much bikram
