I am just plugging along splendidly!
I really love 117-119! I am whittling away at my bodyfat and hit 13%. I need to reach 11% by the end of the month. I haven't been sticking with yoga as regularly and I really see a difference!
I think I need to mess with my macronutrient ratios too and add more protein. My body is fighting me on the bodyfat a bit but I'm not overly freaked out about it.
Like I said, I'm cruisin' along...happy as a clam..on mini-mission!
