Day 3 Nothing lost. Lots of exercise done. Wonder if I’m done anything wrong with my meals.
Do a lot of exercise: - 30m Hiit - 10k bike - 45m Zumba class - 1 hour running - shoulders day - 30m Hiit again - Capoeira class- 1 hour
Managed to escape the BJJ class today.🤦🏽♀️
Feel that my body is toned, but for several years that I can’t see my legs lean as I love. 🥺. Any tips?
