Have been such a good girl this week as far as eating right and exercise, and was sure that the scale would reflect those good choices. NOT! But, my jeans are still fitting well, and I suppose I shouldn't complain. I feel great.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
