早餐🥣肉鬆御飯糰🍙➕無糖優酪乳➕小香蕉🍌
午餐🥣勁辣雞腿堡🍔(不生菜不沙拉醬)➕無糖綠茶
點心🥤無糖鮮奶茶(中杯)
晚餐🥣兩顆鮮蝦手工水餃🦐🥟➕五口玉米濃湯飯🌽湯🍲

上午順利排空!
晚餐後補充一包益生菌(新買的,活沛柳橙口味)及維他命C
50.3 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
