It has been an intense week, but I have been following my plan. Yesterday had my day to eat bad food and only eat 1 slice of pizza. Even though this morning after breakfast and clothes had lost 200g . I’m really happy.
Just waiting that the snow calms down so I can do my running. Today sports:
10k spinning bike✅ Upper body (shoulders abs triceps)✅ Running ❌( will do once the snow stops) BJJ training ❌ will do after the running.
