It honestly is quite tough, but I took some time to measure most common ingredients and made a list of calories, so cooking became much easier. Cooking is easier during the weekend and I have a lot of support from my boyfriend, so that honestly helps too. I am a bit worried about the week, where I dont cook and it is mostly surviving on raw 'snack foods'. But so far I am still on the right track. :) I also ordered a new scale so I will see the data in a nice graph in the future. I am quite excited about it, I think it may help me a lot. :)
