Yesterday was a cheat day 4 me. Chips with cheese/ground beef dip. 3/4 sandwich with turkey, ham, provolone & Monterey jack. Choc brownie with icing and sprinkles. Did it 4 lunch & 4 dinner. Chiefs won the AFC Conf & r on their way to the Super Bowl. Back on track 2day!
70.5 kg Lost so far: 47.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
