Have been doing workouts and maintaining a VERY high protein diet. Had my weigh in at the gym yesterday and I’m down one pound of body fat! Currently 18.1%! Last weigh in on January 17th I was 20.3%. That said, weight is up, but it’s mostly muscle and more water too. Salt is way down and I can start to see my stomach and waistline really trimming down. It’s super!
60.2 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
