meh. I seem to be at a plateau for a couple of weeks. I plan to stay the course and try to get a bit more exercise. 150 pounds was my stable weight for about 5 years in my late 40s. It's OK if it is again for a few weeks during this diet. It can't last forever if I keep the calorie deficit going. My diet habits are much improved.
67.2 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
