It was a very difficult week.

I changed my meals again. Reduced carbs, however the amounts of sports are increasing.

Today I went for my 10k run and felt really weak.
Probably might change my meals again🤦🏽‍♀️, or try to adapt my body to the sports.

If you want to know if it works, it does work 🤩🤩🤩
61.1 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
