I am telling you, it NEVER gets old to see the scale go down! Thanks to all the support and motivation...I changed my goal weight from 115 to 110. Ideally I'd like to float around 110-112, which is going to happen!!
53.1 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well there is no way I can stay put FOREVER at 110, so if I float around 108-112 I'd be happy!! Thanks Pay...I gotta catch up with you Mrs. Skinny Minnie!! And no it is not easy, espicially with your brother!!
