Kemarin malas masak. Jadi awalnya rencana mau detox. Makan buah aja. makan pagi sama sore smoothies. Tapi pas mau Jumatan malah laper 🤣🤣🤣 makan perkedel kelapa 5, tempe goreng 5.
132.5 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 32.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 7 kg a Week
