Maybe it's because it's still early, maybe I'm in some kind of dream...I'm not really sure...
I stepped on the scale this morning and I see 215.2 lbs. And I think...really?!? That's...amazing!
And I check the last page in my journal and feel like I ate a lot of food. But it was all delicious and I never once felt deprived yesterday.
Here's hoping for a similar day today!
