Whew!!! I needed that number! Slow and steady. It was a rough week, but I lost 1 pound overall and that is what I need to stay on track. 2 weeks down, 24 to go to get to my goal before vacation. Got to stay with it!
70.1 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
