I am doing pretty good on the WW diet and I love that I can eat what I want, with good judgement, not feel deprived at all, and still be losing weight. I've been averaging about a pound a week, but I am absolutely fine with that, because I know it's working, and I gave myself plenty of time this time to reach my goal.
