I went thru that phase and helps if you change your foods. Don't eat chicken or turkey all time. Use frozen foods and carb cravers for variety. Add a different exercise routine. I love Turbo Jam and I switch out with mowing the lawn, swimming with the kids.
Remember, you are eating like this for a few weeks and there was a reason you went in to that center in the first place. YOU want to change your life. If it was easy you wouldn't have as much gratification when you reach your goal. Good Luck.
