Remember to keep track of your NSVs...The scale has been flakey but I just put on a bra I havent worn in a couple weeks and it’s wayyy bigger around my ribs and back. Also just bent over to slip on my shoes. Easily. Sad, but I think it’s been a couple years since I was able to do that.
Choosing ME every day, and doing what needs to be done to correct this health imbalance is the biggest win of all. I am proud of my progress and grateful for the massive (pun intended) changes taking place. -63.5lbs in 14 weeks!
