Yuk semangat yuk,,,,back on track lagi masih ada 10 kg lemak yg mau di hempas kalo bisa sih sekalian naikin masa otot ya.
60 kg Lost so far: 20 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
