Well, I forgot to login yesterday so my true weigh in for yesterday is 187 (today I am 186, but does not count). I am moving at a rate of 1 pound a week, this is good for me this way I know not losing too fast will stay off longer.
I not giving up.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Your weight chart is heading downward and that is where you want to go. Losing slow is not a bad thing so don't give up. :-)
