Its amazing how much stress eating and depression can set you back. I look back over the last 10 months and noticed a trend. On the days that I was the most stressed and felt more pressure to preform at work that I never was trained for, the more I ate. The funny thing is, I got more depressed because I ate out of stress but the action of eating didn't relieve the stress.
I know that exercising is a great way to work stress out of your day. But there seems to be no energy left to do it.
