Pagi smoothies,
siang sambal ayam 50gr putih telur dadar 2 nasi 75gr.,
Sore siang sambal ayam 50gr putih telur dadar 2 nasi 50gr, kacang tanah. Snack pepaya.

Nampaknya tubuh udah mulai bisa beradaptasi sama kalori defisit selama hampir 2 bulan.
Mungkin saatnya harus beralih ke intermitten fasting.
129.9 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
