The weekend killed me . I could have lost a lot more I think, if I kept the calorie intake in check. I guess a small loss is better than no loss though. I am 2.2 lbs away from my 2nd goal of 255, and I really need a mani/pedi lol. I am constantly learning on this journey. You would think that at being 30 years old, I would haev learned everything I need to know about eating right and exercising. Guess there's just a lot of things I chose to ignor through out the years. The knowlege was always there whenever I chose to look at it. I guess that's what's happening...I'm having an awakening. It's also been 3 months since I stopped processing my hair and damaging it with heat and chemicals. I'm anxious to see the results of my new wholesome take on living.
