weight going up and down like a yoyo. up 3kg down 4kg all within a week..

Funny how the weight fluctuates in a week!! I only weigh myself on monday and friday. It would be too easy for me to start obsessing if I weighed every day!!! I put that darn scale in its place and told it I wasn't going to get all mushy over it, just do its job and it can stay!!! Hope all is well with you, and keep up the great work!!!

Yeah I agree with Puma, don't get obsessed with the day-to-day changes. I look at your weight history graph and all I see is DOWN DOWN DOWN DOWN
