not a great day. felt bad and made poor eating choices. gained 2 pounds back but i am still ahead on my goal and i will do better tomorrow.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@lorinh Thanks for the support. I just got back from atoning for my sins and I feel much better and the scale has me back at a solid 186 again so after all was said and done I really only gained a pound back. I will eat smarter, and healthier today. Good luck with your goals. Stay positive and vigilant and continue lifting up others around you because your empathy is encouraging.

I find it hard to do what's best when I am feeling poorly.

@ruthe1213 It is easy for me to fall into a downward spiral too but I've done it so long I think I just grew tired of it knowing where that will lead. Now I try to seize opportunities to exhibit self control. I'm not always successful but I have become resolute to do better next time and eventually I do. I try to keep faith in myself and know that I am worth it and I know there is a perfect me inside that I have to keep chipping away at to reveal on the inside and out. I wish you perseverance and enthusiasm in pursuit of your goals.
