Haven't been able to weigh myself for a week cause I've been staying at a friends house dog sitting. Was quite happy to see my scale tell me I'd gone from 155 to 153.6. it helped that if I wanted food, I'd have to walk back to my house because my friend and her family have 2 kids & 2 dogs on one income so I wouldn't let them buy me food. its a 2 minute walk to my house from theirs so I got extra exercise and only the one snack I allowed myself to bring with me. I'm gonna try to stick to that one snack thing now that I'm home. it really helped getting the Pringles 100 calorie pack things for snacks...set amount of food, satisfying and filling. Now to clean moms house since I've been gone for a week. Ah the life of the still unemployed...lol.
69.7 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
