start debm bb 70 tgl 25 agustus loss 3 kg. ganti defkal akhir agustus dr Bb 67 sampe skrg tgl 17 okt Bb udh 58 kg..kmrn udh sempet di 57. cuma asupan kalorinya salah, jauh bgt diatas BMR yg harusnya 1243 kkal, cuma makan di 700-800kkal. skrg mau makan yg bener, minimal mendekati BMR. TDEe
1600kkal.
58 kg Lost so far: 12 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
