Yesterday decided to go back to low carb diet. Just because the Keto was taking a lot of my time to prepare the meals and I was feeling so frustrated. However, my feedback is: with Keto I lost 100g in a couple of days and doing so many sports didn’t feel so weak as I thought I would.
Thanks to everyone for the advices for the Keto diet.🙏🙏🙏
