Last night, I had a homemade burger and a slice of toast with cheese beforehand. Plus a tiny bit of stollen and cheap biscuit in the evening.

Been really good all week having either chicken, veggie and rice lunches/dinners or scrambled egg with peas. Only 1-2 squares of dark chocolate a day if I feel like it. A banana or an apple too.

You would think this is quite healthy 4-5 days a week. My guess is that due to the cold minus temperatures, going for walks have been almost impossible. Too cold to walk around. Been out once in 3 days this week. Also been sitting too much from sofa to computer chair.

I bet if I was walking around all day, I would be much lower. So not worried.

I work out 2-3 time a week and also do long 9 mile walks on a Sunday with a friend. So quite active.
57.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
