I'm on a rollercoaster...guess the tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich wasn't a great idea for dinner. But it sure was extra delicious on a cold, rainy day & night.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nothing wrong with grilled cheese and tomato soup. I make mine with light bread. For soup and sandwich, it's only about 250 calories. If you saw a gain, it was most likely from sodium yesterday.
