Congratulations! I need to do what you did over the last few months, to lose that last stubborn 5kgs. I saw your food posts. Do you have an exercise regime and what was your average calories per day if you don't mind sharing? Thank you!

CapeTownHealthy....thank you for your support. I didn't actually follow a exercise program, my biggest contributor towards exercise is my daily 4.2km fast paced walk home after work. And I crunched the numbers now, my average calories per day comes to 1029 over the past 84 days. Also have to add that before I started working on my weight I picked up a lot due to eating waaaaay too much junk, so I just cut out junk. I think the next few kilos I want to shed will be tougher.
