Poor weight today..., But, I am not quiting though. It's a discouragement but I do realize my weight fluctuates from time to time too.
145.1 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 72.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

with the workouts u posted your likely carrying water from muscle breakdown. I can gain a few pounds after a good day In the gym. then one day it drops pretty fast. non worries man.
