I hope today's business lunch goes well dietwise. It is not easy sitting at the table with 50 plates of different foods staring at me for 3 hours and not fall into temptation. The good news is that it is lunch..so in the afternoon I will have a chance to burn it off on the treadmill.
114 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg.    Still to go: 34 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
