up again....grrr. Well, today I decided to cut my sugar intake again. I let myself have my first cup of coffee with normal amounts of sugar (bout a teaspoon per cup...my "cup" hold 3 1/2 cups of coffee & 2 cups milk) so that I can start the day in a good mood with enjoyment of that first cup. then my second cup I have no sugar at all. It will take some getting used to, but I'm hoping that in. week or 2 I can cut the amount of sugar in my first cup down too. I need to lose weight...I have a dress to fit into by Dec 5th. I agreed to do the 40's pin up girl thing for my friend again...he has a 1944 warbird (plane) that's going to be at a museum celebration again. I did it last time (a few pounds ago) and so he asked again cause people loved it. Since he's an amazing and true friend I couldn't say no. plus I figured it would force me to be stricter...cross your fingers, lol
70.0 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
