Not sure if this weight is accurate, but it’s been consistent for 2 days so I’m logging it. I really am uncomfortable with losing more than my goal because it means I’ll have to try harder to maintain it and will be very disappointed if I gain any back. I’m going to increase my calories to 1800/day, continue exercising 30 mins/day, and start incorporating strength training.
