back on track and down to my normal weight. thank god. now to reach my goal and improve my eating/workout habits. i also have to stay strong and ONLY weigh myself once or twice a week
45.3 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
