Today was leg workout day. I had done 15 minutes of leg workouts. I don't t feel bad at least but I do plan on doing more later this morning. I am still doing the protein shakes and I am losing inches around my waist and hip areas so far. I had lost a couple of inches around those areas. Last month my waist was 51" and my hips were 60". I do tend to lose inches first before pounds any way. So far so good.
145.1 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 72.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
